We are seeking a driven Off the Plan Sales Agent to join our Highland Projects team. With two new developments launching and close to 200 apartments now available across the Sutherland Shire, there has never been a better time to step into a high-performing and well-supported sales environment.
Highland Projects currently manages over 40 active developments, with 700+ properties available, 70% of which are Shire-based meaning you'll have consistent enquiry, strong buyer demand, and high-quality stock ready to sell.

About The Role
This is a full-time selling role within an established and active Projects team. We are looking for confident, motivated agents who are target-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about guiding buyers through the off-the-plan sales process from enquiry through to settlement.
You will be based across project display suites, office locations, and on-site sales environments, working closely with developers, vendors, and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling & converting inbound buyer enquiries
* Achieving sales targets & KPI's - weekly, monthly & quarterly
* Presenting stock confidently & managing display suite appointments
* Staying across market conditions, competitor projects & pricing updates
* Negotiating offers through to exchange
* Managing buyer relationships from sale to final settlement
* Supporting and contributing to major campaign launches and sales events
* Always representing the Highland brand professionally
* Updating CRM notes, buyer progress & sales documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
* Strong communicator with proven relationship-building skills
* Confident negotiator with a sales mindset & ability to close deals
* Self-driven, professional, and team-focused
* Ability to work weekends and throughout the Christmas/new year period (RDO during the week provided in return)
Minimum Requirements
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (mandatory)
* Currently in Australia with full working rights
* Previous Real Estate sales experience preferred (off-the-plan experience highly regarded, but not essential)
