We’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing Marketing team. This role is central to delivering an industry-leading digital experience—combining hands-on execution with data-driven optimisation and day-to-day leadership of a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Drive and optimise campaigns across web, email, and social channels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Carlisle’s brand standards.
- Manage website performance—implementing SEO/SEM strategies, applying tagging and analytics, and turning data into actionable insights that boost traffic and lead conversion.
- Build, test, and deploy digital assets such as EDMs, landing pages, and campaign creatives, applying HTML/CSS when required.
- Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy across CRM and marketing platforms, troubleshooting technical integrations.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and clear priorities to a Digital Marketing Coordinator, fostering capability and professional growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing execution or specialist roles.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within a marketing or digital environment.
- Hands-on expertise with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
- A data-driven mindset, robust project-management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
