The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our NSW Service Team. This is a pivotal role where you will drive performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across workshop and field service operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a large team of workshop and field service technicians.
* Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and customer support.
* Achieve strong operational results and meet performance targets.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless outcomes.
* Uphold company values, standards, and commitment to excellence.

Skills & Experience

* Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and build strong customer relationships.
* Experience managing workshop operations, ensuring quality output and meeting deadlines.
* Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic equipment, including fault diagnosis and repair.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, costs, and KPIs effectively.
* Hands-on technical expertise combined with strategic management capability.
