We are looking for an experienced Room Attendant/Houseman to join our team at a busy, well-established motel in Maryborough. This is a hands-on role for someone who can maintain exceptional cleanliness and efficiency while managing high room turnaround volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and service 12+ guest rooms per day to the highest standard
* Ensure all rooms are guest-ready, including linen changes, bathroom cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming
* Replenish amenities and restock housekeeping trolleys daily
* Report any maintenance issues promptly to management
* Assist with laundry duties as required
* Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ housekeeping experience in hotels/motels
* Ability to clean and prepare a high number of rooms efficiently without compromising quality
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Physically fit to handle the demands of the role
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak periods
