Underground Electrician – Weekend Night Shift | Airly Mine, NSW

Imagine earning a full-time wage in just three nights a week, with overtime and bonuses on top Centennial Coal is searching for motivated Underground Electricians to join the Airly Mine team (NSW 2790) on a permanent weekend night shift roster. You'll enjoy a strong team culture, long-term job security, and the chance to be part of a company that truly values its people. Local applicants (Lithgow, Portland, Bathurst, Mudgee) or those happy to travel are welcome. There is no camp, most team members stay at a friendly local pub or bring their own caravan for a real community feel.
What you'll be doing
• Maintain and repair cutting-edge underground electrical systems
• Champion safety every shift (Take 5s, JSAs, SWMS)
• Complete onboarding/training on weekdays before moving to weekend nights
• Collaborate with experienced leaders and a close-knit crew
• Play a key role in a safety-first, high-performance environment
What we're looking for
• NSW Electrical Licence
• Current Driver's Licence
• Mining experience preferred – but heavy industrial sparkies (power stations, etc.) are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with safety systems and procedures
• Able to pass Order 43 Medical, D&A, and Police Check
Underground coal experience is a plus, but not essential for the right industrial electrician
