We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to manage our Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands.
This full-time role requires direct experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with actual conversion tracking set up through GA4 and Tag Manager.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to independently manage GA4, Tag Manager, and Shopify tracking.
Main responsibilities include running eCommerce or service-based Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMax, and Shopping, managing ad spend, ROAS, audience segmentation, keyword builds, bidding logic, testing, and scaling.
Key performance indicators include monitoring landing page CRO recommendations, reporting wins, fixing underperformers, and continuous learning.
Must-haves include 2–3 years Google Ads experience, Shopify, GA4, and Tag Manager tracking setup, and full working rights in Australia.
