Job Title: Project Leader
The role of Project Leader involves effectively managing and leading the day-to-day activities of direct labour and subcontractors in the delivery of project objectives; meeting safety, financial and productivity targets within planned schedules and guidelines.
* Extensive experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor will be highly regarded.
* Experience in delivering major building projects, with civil experience also highly regarded.
* An understanding of defence and security requirements is essential.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously is crucial.
* Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to, relevant Safety, Quality and Environmental standards legislation and practices is vital.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and organise resources to achieve outcomes is key.
* Proven ability to develop and lead a team to complete works to meet targets is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate and plan works to achieve KPIs and targets is critical.
