**Job Overview**
You will be working under the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure all tasks are performed in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, a high commitment to following safe work practices and experience in pump, plumbing and irrigation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct maintenance of plant, equipment and buildings as specified on the work order.
* Perform schedule preventative maintenance.
* Operate plant and equipment as part of completing tasks.
* Report on workshop inventory.
* Maintain maintenance records in the allocated system.
* Participate in a roster that provides support to staff and farm in emergency breakdown situations.
**What You Need:**
* A current driver's license.
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
* A high commitment to following safe work practices.
* Pump, plumbing and irrigation experience (desired).
* Mig and Arc Welding experience (desired).
* Working with small motor experience (desired).
* Forklift license (desired).
