What can you expect to be doing? In this role, you'll onboard new suppliers, maintain existing contracts and ensure compliance with our organisational policies.Your day-to-day activities will include:Onboarding New Suppliers: Collaborate with various business units to onboard new suppliers and contractors, ensuring they meet our procurement policies.Contract Management: Maintain and manage our contractor management system, coordinate the drafting and execution of AnglicareSA contracts with suppliers, liaise with the accounts team and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.Procurement Support: Administer tenders through the ASA tender portal to support supplier evaluation and ensure the selection of the most suitable provider to meet business requirements.Data Analysis & Reporting: Helpdevelop procurement dashboards, analyse spend data and accurately report on various procurement metrics to support decision-making.Customer Service & Relationship Management: Provide a customer-focused approach, develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be the link between our procurement team and its customers. What do you need to bring? To be successful in this role, you will need:Certificate level qualification in Business Administration and/or equivalent relevant experience.Experience in a procurement administration role and working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.Understanding of the procurement life cycle process from initial onboarding to end-of-contract tasks.Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders and achieve positive outcomes.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage variable workloads and meet deadlines.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
