About the role
Due to exciting growth within a successful powerhouse workshop our client is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join their team. Welcoming light vehicle and plant mechanics to apply.
Duties
* Work in conjunction with other team members to ensure repairs are completed
* Provide support and guidance to junior team members
* Carry out major and minor repairs on a wide range of vehicle
* Ensure all requests on repair orders are checked and completed.
* Identify and advise of any additional repairs required
* Practice and promote company WHS policies and processes at all times
Skills and experience
* Experience in the Heavy Vehicle Industry is beneficial
* Light Vehicles and Plant Mechanics are welcome to apply.
* Must be Mechanical trade qualified
* Ability to work well within a team and unsupervised.
* OEM and Dealership experience are highly desirable.
* Current HC/HR driver’s license is advantageous
