* As Senior Banking Consultant, you will act as products initiator and role model, supporting the Branch Manager in delivering ANZ's Retail Strategy, alongside day-to-day operations for the branch.
You will deliver a desired customer experience through a positive relationship-based approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising complete financial needs of customers.
You will educate customers on easy ways to bank, providing a range of professional offerings, expertise and advice to help meet their financial needs and goals.
Key qualities include leadership capabilities, customer focus, preferably within retail. You'll be passionate, show initiative, customer centric, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
