About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Sales Account Manager to join our vibrant Victorian Sales & Education team in a full-time capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Melbourne territory, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
In this dynamic field-based role, you’ll act as a technical sales specialist, managing existing client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities. With a strong focus on service and solutions, you’ll be pivotal in expanding our brand presence across the region.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and developing new business partnerships within your territory
* Managing a portfolio of established clients and nurturing long-term relationships
* Driving sales growth across both existing offerings and new product ranges
* Meeting and exceeding sales KPIs through proactive planning and execution
* Building brand awareness and promoting products to clients through tailored strategies
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for the hair and beauty industry. Ideally, you’ll have :
* Proven experience managing a sales territory and achieving KPIs
* A strong track record in face-to-face and/or online customer service
* Effective planning, preparation, and selling skills
* Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
* Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
* The ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite
* Background or experience in hairdressing or beauty (highly desirable, not essential)
* A genuine passion for the hair industry
