Key Responsibilities Include:
* Undertake procurement activities on behalf of the Facilities Department as guided by Council's Procurement Policy;
* Provide facilities operational and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders;
* Monitor, record keeping, assigning and actioning correspondence in task lists, shared mailboxes and calendars;
* Research and collation of asset information completion of operational and capital works submissions;
Requirements

* Highly developed interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills dispute resolution and problem-solving ability;
* Ability to work independently to research complex customer requests and identify solutions;
* Multitasking while maintaining high attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met;
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage work to meet required targets;
