Our client is a high-growth, non-bank lender with an outstanding reputation in the Australian market. They offer a mix of residential and commercial lending solutions to a highly regarded client base and are continuing to scale at pace.
Partnering closely with a highly successful Sales team, this role plays a key part in Commercial Lending, supporting deals from the moment they're written right through to settlement. Your focus? Delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience while keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience in Commercial / Business Lending and/or Asset Finance, whether you've worked as an Assistant Relationship Manager, Credit Analyst, or in Sales Support / Settlements.
Graduates with approximately 12 months' experience in Financial Services are also encouraged to apply.

What we're looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in Commercial, Business, or Asset Finance lending (flexible for strong graduates)
* Relevant tertiary education (desirable, not essential)

* Confident stakeholder engagement skills (internal & external)
* Resilient, driven problem-solvers who enjoy pace and variety
* Action-oriented doers who aren't fazed by volume or momentum
