Information and Parking Officer (full time)
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide a positive impact to the community through the Information and Parking Officer role. You will be expected to enforce Council Local Laws and various legislative requirements relating to parking and other regulatory matters.
Qualifications
* previous experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential
* knowledge of customer engagement processes including conflict resolution
* ability to provide high quality customer service in dealing with the public
* intermediate technology and computer literacy skills
* demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
* ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
* strong observation skills to make sound enforcement decisions, assess safety risk and to interpret parking regulations
* values driven with a team and customer focus
* willingness to contribute to team goals through meaningful contributions
* current 'C' class driver's license
* current National Police Clearance
