**Key Responsibilities**:
**Network and Communication Services**:
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, modems, and computer equipment, integrating NBN boxes to ensure efficient network connectivity.
- Set up and provide technical support for NBN broadband and home phone services, as well as Morden Siteline device SIM card connections, ensuring clients enjoy fast and stable network and communication solutions.
**Device Repair and Troubleshooting**:
- Repair and optimize mobile phones and laptops, enhancing performance and extending device lifespan.
- Specialize in detecting and repairing communication device motherboards, chips, and circuit boards, delivering precise technical support.
**Satellite TV and Internet Services**:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and align satellite TV systems, providing clear and stable viewing experiences.
- Handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and alignment of Tesla Starlink satellite internet systems to help clients access high-speed internet.
**Home Entertainment System Services**:
- Configure and install TV boxes with tailored subscription packages, creating premium entertainment experiences for clients.
**System Issue Diagnosis and Resolution**:
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, device performance, and system integration issues to ensure system stability and optimal operation.
**Position Requirements**:
- Educational background in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years experience in the installation, repair, or technical support of electronic equipment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the installation and troubleshooting of routers, broadband networks, and satellite devices.
- Strong customer service skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese preferred.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
