Job Overview
The Department of Justice is establishing a Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) Rehabilitation and Reintegration Service for adults and young people in custody and the community who present as a risk of Violent Extremism. The primary objective is to establish dedicated services to monitor and address risks associated with managing high-risk extremist offenders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of service-delivery frameworks, providing oversight and management.
* Manage operations, including clinical assessments and interventions.
This role requires strong leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders while liaising externally to develop best practices for assessing managing addressing extremist offenders.
