The Opportunity
We are seeking a Logistics & Customising Planner to coordinate production planning, customising activities, and logistics operations to ensure customer and intercompany orders are delivered on time and to expectation.
This role plays a key part in maintaining stock availability, supporting customer projects, and ensuring smooth outbound logistics operations. You will work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and external freight partners in a fast‐paced, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and create production orders to maintain appropriate stock levels based on forecasts and consumption trends
* Support customer project planning to ensure products are available to meet required delivery dates
* Release customising assembly waves in SAP EWM to support efficient order processing
* Coordinate daily outbound logistics and distribution activities
* Arrange domestic and international transportation with freight companies and logistics partners
* Book and manage export shipments for customer and intercompany orders
* Monitor shipment schedules and proactively elevate delivery risks or delays
* Prepare, review, and verify domestic and export shipping documentation
* Maintain accurate logistics and shipping records within SAP
* Process intercompany orders and customer returns in line with internal procedures
* Build strong working relationships with freight carriers and logistics service providers
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics, planning, and customising processes
* Perform occasional moderate lifting as required for operational support
* Provide occasional support to Customer Service by assisting with order processing and responding to customer enquiries via email and phone during periods of high volume or operational demand.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced logistics or supply chain environment
* Confident using ERP/WMS systems (SAP S/4HANA and EWM experience highly regarded)
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
* Experience in logistics, supply chain planning, warehouse operations, or production planning
* Experience coordinating cross‐functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse)
