Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our finance function.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business growth, providing financial insights, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial operations across the organisation.
This role will be split between The Bend Motorsport Park at Tailem Bend, and our offices in Norwood.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes (annual, monthly, and by event).
Drive performance reporting and tracking, providing insights and recommendations to business units.
Develop dashboards, benchmarks, and manage BI tools for financial analysis.
Analyse the financial viability of pricing strategies and business offerings.
Lead the implementation and monitoring of financial controls and accounting standards, ensuring high compliance.
Oversee financial control activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly board reports and management reporting for Directors and stakeholders.
Own end-of-month and end-of-year close procedures, and liaise with auditors for statutory accounts.
Lead the development of accounting policies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Drive continuous improvement in finance systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
Manage a small finance team.
Support system integration and other duties as requested.
Prioritise team activities and resources for regular, ad-hoc, and project work.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Key Attributes & Experience
Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally as a Finance Manager or similar.
Strong technical knowledge in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
Experience managing finance teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency with BI tools and finance systems, including general ledger and reporting platforms.
