Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our School Improvement and Safeguarding team in a 12-month fixed term opportunity.

* Title: Administration Assistant: School Improvement and Safeguarding
* Classification: CEO Administration Level 3 (CEMEA)
* Salary per year: $80,452
* FTE: 1 FTE
* Employment Status: Fixed Term – approximately 12 months
* Location: Bendigo
* Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check, Drivers License
* Potential start date: August 2025
About CESL Office Team
The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Have experience in an administration support role.
* Prepare clear and concise documentation, such as letters, briefing papers, and reports.
* Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a high-functioning team.
* Possess strong organisational skills, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
