Caravan Fix is a national leader in caravan and RV repairs, trusted by major insurers and manufacturers across Australia. Proudly family-owned, we operate modern facilities in QLD, NSW, VIC and SA. Our Cardiff team is eager to fill a few empty bays with motivated workers, and we're looking for skilled Caravan Repair Technicians to join our workshop.

The Opportunity
This hands-on role offers variety across major repairs, rebuilds, and custom work.
Your work will include:
* Insurance and warranty repairs on caravans & motorhomes
* Timber framing and structural repairs
* Cabinetry repairs and internal fit-outs
* Accessory installation (awnings, solar, hatches, hardware)
* Seal replacements, diagnostics and leak repairs
* Pre-delivery inspections
* Maintaining quality and safety standards
Core Technical Skills Required
Experience across some or all of the following is essential:
* Panel repair and fabrication (aluminium or fibreglass)
* Timber/aluminium frame repairs
* Cabinetmaking/joinery and internal fit-outs
* Fibreglass and gel coat repair
* Structural and body repairs
* 12V electrical troubleshooting (basic)
* Caravan accessory installation (awnings, solar, windows)
* Mechanical aptitude, chassis, brakes, suspensions, couplings
* Sealant application and leak diagnosis
* Accurate measuring, cutting and finishing
Licences & Qualifications (Desirable)
* Trade qualification in carpentry, cabinetmaking, automotive, marine, panel beating or fibreglass (highly regarded)
* Current driver's licence (required)
* Forklift licence (LF) (advantage)
* 12V certification or experience with caravan electrical systems (desirable)
* Gas fitting licence (bonus)
* Working at Heights ticket (bonus)
