Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified). Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling. Ready and willing to conduct all interviewing, hiring, and terminations. Expected to run the store as if it was their own business with an eye to the bottom line.
