We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of large and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review Head Contracts, providing advice to management upon execution.
* Procure, execute, and close out subcontracts.
* Identify, price, and negotiate contract variations.
* Prepare and submit progress claims, NODs, EOTs, and RFIs.
* Prepare completion and handover documentation for clients.
* Seek efficiencies and streamline processes to support project success.
About You
* Tertiary or trade qualified.
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally on large-scale projects or managing multiple concurrent jobs.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, Project, and Excel.
* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Able to provide both client and colleague references.
