Job Overview:
This role involves working closely with our client base to deliver high-quality services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
About the Job:
* Support existing client base through sound technical knowledge and professionalism.
* Develop own client base within the organisation and with support of peers.
* Assist develop and support ongoing growth of Hobart Office.
* Carry out regulatory assessments on commercial projects as required, some residential projects.
* Carry out early phase compliance assessments and reporting through concept/schematic/design development.
* Assess project documentation against Building Code of Australia, Act and Regs.
* Facilitate preparation of Certificate of Likely Compliance, Occupancy Permits, Certificates and documentation.
* Manage multiple projects from beginning to end delegating responsibilities as required.
* Leading by example and assisting development of staff, through growth, education and support.
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders and provide technical assistance to clients.
* Identify improvements, efficiencies and implement action plans in collaboration with other staff members to promote business.
* Attend site inspections and design meetings as required.
