Guest Services Host
We are seeking an exceptional Guest Services host to join our team at a popular theme park. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, resolving complaints and responding to emergency situations.
About the Role
The Guest Services host will participate in the day-to-day operation of the Guest Services Office by answering guest queries, resolving complaints and participating in emergency situations.
Your Responsibilities
* Prior experience in a similar role is essential with a professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.
* You will be organised with strong administrative skills and have proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills.
* The ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently is also required.
* You will need advanced interpersonal skills both written and verbal as well as a team focus with a high level of confidentiality.
* Cash handling experience is also essential.
* You must be able to work on any day including weekends, evening functions and school holidays.
* Able to work across multiple properties.
Your Skills
* First Aid and CPR certification is a must.
* Prior experience in a similar front of house operational role would be advantageous.
* To communicate professionally and effectively with guests.
* Demonstrated experience in dealing with guests with injuries.
* Ability to navigate Accesso system would be an advantage.
