Responsibilities
:
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients
* Contract management (renewals & escalations)
* Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Operations Manager
* Assisting Operations Manager in the development and training of team
* Responsible for Weekly, monthly, Open Jobs & OSI customer reports. Meeting minutes, as required.
* Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives, (open calls Planned maintenance completion customer surveys, HSE amongst others)
* Timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks and ad-hoc repairs
* Adherence to Honeywell Policy & Procedures, in particular Service Edge
Key Experience and Qualifications:
* Intermediate to High computer skills
* Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an Advantage
* Microsoft applications training / certificates (or equivalent experience) – Intermediate to Advanced level appropriate
* Courteous, well spoken & well presented.
* Relevant Tertiary qualifications (Eg Business College) well regarded.
