The Role:
As a Leasing Partner Cadet, you will join our Property Management team in Kent Town where you'll be supported to obtain your Property Management Licence, receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training and guidance, and progress along a clear career pathway towards becoming a Leasing Partner.
You will work closely with our Property Managers and support the broader team to deliver a seamless experience for property owners and tenants. Much of your role will be "on the road," making it perfect for someone who enjoys independence, variety, and building strong face‑to‑face relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting routine inspections, ingoing inspections and open homes in line with Harris standards
* Screening tenant applications and matching suitable tenants to properties
* Providing six‑star service through timely, clear and professional communication
* Preparing and sending open home reports to Property Managers and owners on the same day
* Coordinating tasks across the Property Management POD to maintain efficient workflows
* Attending and contributing to weekly team meetings
