About the role:
We are currently looking for passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team in a casual position to become an integral member of our team with an opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of the residents to support them to live life to their potential.
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged, and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience for the residents.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Certificate III in individual support (Ageing)
• At least 6 months previous experience in same position
• Current 2025 Influenza Vaccination and Full Covid-19 Vaccination
• Full Serology that includes - Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis, Hepatitis B, Measles Mumps Rubella, Tuberculosis, Varicella & Polio
• Current driver's license and own transport
• Current national police check clearance
• Working With Children Clearance
• NDIS Clearance
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to follow direction and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
