Technical Training Facilitator – Technical Project Manager (Contentful)

As a Technical Training Facilitator, you will serve as a Technical Project Manager (TPM), leading structured onboarding and technical enablement programs for enterprise clients. You will manage training sessions using prepared materials and coordinate during the customer training lifecycle.
You’ll collaborate with Solution Architects and Engagement Managers to deliver strategic, high-impact training for clients adopting the Contentful platform.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities include:
1. Facilitating Contentful onboarding and training programs.
2. Delivering presentations and product walkthroughs tailored to developer, editorial, and admin audiences.
3. Managing session logistics, coordination, and follow-up with support from global teams.
4. Tracking project delivery using tools like Certinia and Salesforce.
5. Collaborating on improving training materials and delivery experiences.
6. Providing insights to internal teams on client engagement outcomes.
7. Maintaining accurate documentation and time tracking throughout engagements.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years’ experience in technical project management or platform onboarding roles.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience.
* Experience with the Contentful CMS platform.
* Proficiency with platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Miro.
* Experience with project tracking tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Certinia.
* Contentful certification or willingness to obtain it.
