The Role
As the Commercial & Compliance Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director and be a key driver in ensuring the business operates with excellence, integrity and commercial discipline. With responsibility spanning compliance frameworks, governance standards, ISO systems, HR and organisational policy, you will sit on the Executive Management Team and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Key accountabilities include:
* Leading compliance, regulatory oversight and corporate governance framework.
* Managing ISO certifications and continuous improvement programs
* Overseeing HR administration, recruitment and workforce compliance
* Governance of site compliance, OHS, environmental policy and risk frameworks
* Supporting commercial analysis, supplier and customer governance
* Driving technology enhancements and systems administration
* Contributing to new business cases, process innovation and strategic growth
* Your leadership will ensure rigorous governance while enabling commercial performance and organisational scalability.
