As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers, and driving sales through exceptional service and leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated retail professional who loves fashion and is eager to take the next step in their career.
What you will be doing:
• Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic sales team
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
• Manage store presentation and visual merchandising to showcase the latest trends and offer
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory and report reorder requirements with support of the wider leadership team
• Driving KPI's including sales targets and customer metrics
• Handle rostering, staff training, and drive performance of your team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures
What we are looking for from you :
• Proven experience in retail fashion management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and sales abilities
• Natural style and a passion for fashion trends
• Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
