About The Role
Royal Prince Alfred is the principal teaching hospital of the University of Sydney, offering specialty services from its main campus, Institute of Rheumatology and Orthopaedics, Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, and Dame Edith Walker Hospitals. RPAH is one of Australia's leading hospitals, providing extensive diagnostic and treatment services, including cardiology, obstetrics and gynaecology, cancer, respiratory medicine, neurology, liver, and kidney transplants.
The After Hours Telephone Services Supervisor primarily oversees the Telephone Services Department after hours, assisting the Corporate Service Manager with daily management. Responsibilities include providing high-standard switchboard services, auditing, administrative functions, ordering supplies, rostering, and staff management.

Ideal Candidate
* Willing to work after hours with minimal supervision.
* Strong computer literacy across various applications and quick to learn new systems.
* High level of leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders including staff.
