* Ongoing role, Clerk Grade 5/6 base salary ($99,938 - $110,271) plus superannuation (12%) located in Martin Place.

About the Role
As a Project Officer with Study NSW, you will play a key role in supporting initiatives that attract and engage international students, boosting the local education sector and strengthening NSW's global reputation as a premier study destination. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of campaigns, events, and digital content, while collaborating with stakeholders across government, education, and industry. Expect a dynamic environment where your work will directly support the delivery of NSW's international education priorities through content creation, event coordination, and data-driven digital communications.

What you'll do:

* Assist with planning and delivering projects, events, and campaigns, including administration, budgets, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
* Create and edit engaging content for digital platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and videos.
* Collaborate with the team to coordinate events and manage digital communication channels to advance NSW Government's international education priorities.

What we are looking for:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience contributing to communication strategies and messaging for diverse audiences
* Experience creating, editing, and publishing digital content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and video platforms
* Knowledge of the international education sector and/or international trade and business
* Flexible, collaborative, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, changing work environment
* Proven experience supporting the delivery of projects and events, from initial planning to delivery
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Familiarity with content management systems and digital tools for publishing and analytics, and the ability to interpret digital data and insights to improve communication and content effectiveness
