Our client, a large multinational insurer is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst for a role that sits within their Pricing, Data and Analytics team. Some of the practical activities of this individual will need to be:
Responsible for creating actionable insights from data and delivering meaningful analysis and reporting to assist the organisation to achieve its goals.
The role plays a crucial role by providing advisory and support for delivering insights.
Responsible for leveraging both descriptive and predictive models to enhance staff utilization efficiently. Plays a key role in contributing business analytics and insights to board reporting and actively participating in the analysis of emerging claim and resourcing trends.
Lead and provide analytical support and insights, as required, in other business-related activities and initiatives
Skills and Experience Required:
Demonstrated proficiency with three or more years of knowledge and experience in general insurance, or financial services.
Hands-on expertise in utilizing Business Intelligence tools such as Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau.
Proficient use of data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Strong background in workforce analytics and resourcing, considered highly advantageous.
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of data analysis and reporting.
