**About our Opportunity**
As the Site Service Supervisor within our Stegbar Lansvale branch, you will support, influence and motivate the service technicians in the field and be accountable for the day-to-day supervision of service activities to ensure scheduled work is completed, ensuring improvement in completion and service completion rates. This is a true people role, you will need to be skilled with managing customer escalations, troubleshooting solutions with respect to site service issues to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer. Along with driving continuous process improvements to better service performance and a focus will be on continual development and improvement of our safety culture; we live and breathe safety!
**About you**
We're looking to leverage your experience within the building industry, a joinery or handyman background were you understand and appreciate the sequence of events in the building/construction industry. Preferably in a role were you have managed a team who interact with customers face to face or at least have aspirations of leading a team and a desire to develop leadership skills. You need to be approachable, have open and transparent communication style whilst you balance competing priorities and demands in a high functioning environment, your agile approach and ability to be pragmatic in providing quality customer service is a must along with capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise.
You will have:
- Windows and/or Doors experience manufacturing custom orders to install, desirable
- parts interpretation for windows and doors, desirable
- installation experience - qualifying fault with product vs install
- trade certification
- ability to work between core business hours of 7am - 4:30pm
