Key Responsibilities Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Participate in internal and customer-facing product presentations and demos.Customer Discovery Sessions: Facilitate and document customer sessions to uncover business processes and requirements.Technical Questions: Respond to technical inquiries in RFIs and RFPs.Design Documentation: Prepare design documents based on functional requirements, including workflows and integration designs.
