We represent a prominent client seeking a talented Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will help shape business performance and decision-making, reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Manager – Supply Chain & Operations. Exciting Aspects of the Role : · Collaborate and Influence : Work alongside cross-functional finance teams and key back-office functions to provide financial expertise and actionable insights. · Be a Trusted Advisor : Build strong relationships across the business, offering independent financial perspectives that challenge norms and drive more intelligent decisions. · Create Impact : Unlock value and enhance performance through in-depth analysis, forward-thinking insights, and a solutions-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities : · Business Partnering : Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understand needs, and proactively communicate to provide advice. · Business Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting : Monthly, quarterly forecasting and budgeting on costs including IT, Projects and Transformation Finance as well as Corporate Services (Legal, HR, Finance) · Performance Management : Maintain data integrity and provide variance analysis with monthly results commentary. · Decision Support : Assist in modelling and delivering timely information to aid business decision-making. · Projects : Support FP&A and finance strategic projects, aligning with organisational goals. · Team Support : Engage and support team initiatives and coverage. Critical Requirements : · Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. · CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion. · Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and creating basic to intermediate Power BI reports. · Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. · Excellent organisational and time management capabilities, with great attention to detail. · Technology-savvy and comfortable managing and manipulating significant data sources.
