Shoalhaven New Image Kitchens is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join our team. This role will provide high-level administrative support to the Sales and Design Manager, while also covering reception and showroom responsibilities.

Industry experience in kitchens, joinery, or the wider building sector will be highly regarded, however it is not essential. We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Sales and Design Manager
* Assist with reception duties, including phone and client enquiries
* Support the showroom team with client service and presentation
* Maintain accurate records, data entry, and filing systems
* Assist in coordinating schedules, appointments, and documentation
* Contribute to process improvements and business efficiency

Skills and Attributes

* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
* Problem-solving ability and initiative to resolve issues effectively
* Capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in the building or kitchen industry (advantageous)

Renumeration Package Negotiable (dependant on level of experience)
