We are seeking a remote Vacation Assistant to provide customers with helpful support for booking and planning their vacations. You will answer questions, assist with reservations, and ensure clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, all from your home office.
Responsibilities

- Provide clear and friendly support through phone, email, or chat.
- Answer basic travel questions and guide customers to the right options.
- Update reservations and confirm details for accuracy.
- Support the team with day-to-day travel service tasks.
