Job Description

Delivering exceptional customer service and support is at the heart of this role. You will be responsible for finding suitable solutions for clients, sales of mobility and assistive technology equipment, scripting and measuring equipment, product demonstrations and setup, liaising with key clients such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and NDIS representatives, building strong relationships with clients, driving sales and business growth, providing basic customer training on safe equipment usage, one-on-one consultations with clients and follow-up appointments.

This is a customer-focused role that requires you to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for booking appointments, scheduling calendars, holding keys, answering internal and external calls, managing inventory, ordering and invoicing equipment, data entry, and servicing equipment.

As a key member of our team, you will identify equipment problems and faults, provide training to clients, and work collaboratively to achieve business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Mature, confident, and well-organized individual with a strong drive to achieve
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work under pressure and relate well to people of all ages and backgrounds
* Open-minded, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent results
* Industry experience and mechanical aptitude an advantage
* Empathy towards elderly, disabled, and vulnerable customers essential
* Fluency in English required
