Your Role
* Provide individual assessment and intervention in clinic and community settings (home and school visits), although we are predominately clinic based.
* Work with a wide range of presentations including autism, developmental delays, sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor skills, life skills and social participation.
* Deliver therapy that is affirming, strengths-based, playful, and family-centred.
* Build trusting relationships with families and empower children and teens to thrive at home, school, and in the community.
* Collaborate with our team and external partners to provide integrated, client-centred care.
* Undertake a variety of assessments, therapy plans, and documentation (with admin support).
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and are registered with AHPRA.
* Have (or can obtain) PI Insurance, Driver's Licence, and NDIS Worker Screening.
* Feeding Therapy qualification is an added bonus
* Communicate with warmth, clarity, and heart.
* Are playful, open-minded, and passionate about supporting kids and families.
* Believe therapy should be affirming, fun, inclusive, and trauma-aware.
