This community owned, not-for-profit organisation is currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Deputy Residential Manager for their 100 bed facility in Warrawong.
**The Role;**
You will ultimately support the Residential Manager in the overall successful operation of the home. You will lead and reinforce the Service Delivery Model to enhance the quality of life for their residents, families and integrated communities in the area. You will effectively lead and manage Clinical and Wellbeing staff to achieve all operational and care deliverables including clinical, financial, compliance, customer service, customer lifestyle and wellbeing, and workplace culture targets.
**Required Skills;**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated leadership, operational and clinical management of a residential care home
- Extensive nursing experience at a senior level including responsibility for supervising staff and providing clinical oversight
- Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, blending clinical care with customer lifestyle and wellbeing
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring appropriate systems and processes are in place to assess customers and maximise revenue using ACFI
- Demonstrated experience in quality management, accreditation and systems compliance, preferably in a leadership role
