In this role you will play a key role in: Gathering and analysing business/functional requirements and translating them into design specifications.Supporting the integration projects through various phases from gathering business requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.Supporting the assessment of change requests (corrections, enhancements), proposing and developing solutions by SAP PI/PO/CPI.Contributing to 3rd level support of SAP PI/PO/CPI system (Incident Management, Problem Management, troubleshooting, etc) and ensuring compliance with the client's IT processes.Creating and maintaining end-to-end functional/technical designs for interfaces and suggesting improvements to current operational procedures within the integration environment.Identifying gaps, issues and work-around solutions.Handling changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.Documenting functional designs, test cases and results.Proactively identifying and proposing business process and/or system enhancements.Having AMS Support experience in SAP like Incident/problem/change request management.Analysing and triaging incidents with an appropriate sense of urgency, focusing on restoration of service, followed by root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.Executing service requests based on the Service Catalogue or an ad hoc basis which may lead to a CR.Providing reports to the account management team and engaging with client stakeholders on a regular basis.Providing subject-matter expertise, best practices, technical approaches, and strategic recommendations.Exhibiting technical leadership to ensure optimal function and enhancement of SAP PI PO and keeping up to date on the latest SAP PI PO industry solutions and trends.Performing installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting of the SAP PI PO implementation in a hybrid cloud IT environment.Observing project delivery protocol and ensuring timely escalation of status, issues, and risks.Engaging in requirements gathering and development of use cases.Providing SAP PI PO integration-related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.Participating in capacity planning and HW specification recommendation efforts.Participating in SAP deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, and third-party system integration.Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.Resolving any issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.Resolving day to day technical issues.Helping develop technical support setup of governance rules in the integration area and supporting junior teammates. Your profile Relevant hands-on technical experience, with knowledge in the following areas:Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP PI/PO and 2 years of SAP CPI experience.Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Very good analytical skills and business process understanding are required.
Knowledge of integration technologies and specific SAP PI/PO & CPI architecture is required.Delivering complex application integration solutions for on-premises and hybrid cloud scenarios using integration protocols and adapters such as B2B, Flat file, JDBC, EDI, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, RFC, IDOC, ALE/EDI, JMS etc., and SAP Cloud Platform cloud connector.
Strong experience with a variety of mapping techniques including Graphical, Java & XSLT.Experience working in and handling a multi-tenant CPI environment.Experience with CTS transport management and alert configurations.Hands-on experience building custom iFlows & extensions for standard iFlows based on the business requirements.Experience in integration with SAP Cloud applications such as C4C with on-premises solutions.
Completed one full project lifecycle implementation and roll out.
International project experience and collaboration with the other SAP teams.Experience with waterfall/agile project methodology.
