Family Law Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Specialist to provide high-quality legal services in the Barwon region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver trauma-informed family law services to individuals and families affected by family violence, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all parties involved.
* Engage in court appearances, duty lawyer work, and contribute to broader legal practice activities, ensuring effective case management and timely resolutions.
* Provide family law and family violence legal assistance through advice, casework, and representation, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements include admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, two years post-admission experience managing family law matters, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
