As a Banking Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers with their banking needs. You'll meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

This is a collaborative role where you'll work closely with colleagues to deliver the best possible customer experience. You'll be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Provide seamless branch experiences for customers by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
2. Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Contribute to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for customers.
4. Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
5. Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
6. Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

What Will You Bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

1. Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
2. Experience in using technology and being a user and promoter of digital channels.
3. Ability to multitask and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
4. Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
5. Solid understanding of compliance.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
