Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange meetings, compile agendas and minutes, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and distributed.
* Be the primary point of contact for all business operations, ensuring prompt and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Provide liaison services as required, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
* Prepare detailed agendas and minutes for all meetings, ensuring accurate records of decisions and actions.
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue booking, room set-up, and catering arrangements.
* Prepare correspondence and action items as required, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Arrange guest speakers for meetings, ensuring engaging and informative presentations.
Requirements
Effective leadership and governance skills, experience in coordinating complex projects and teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
* Organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
