Role Overview
The Senior Photographer role is for those with experience leading a small team and working directly with clients to further business goals through complex photo campaigns. The role will be responsible for the photographic output on complex multi-channel projects.
You will take ownership of the visual strategy and output to convey client vision, brand, and messaging. The development focus will be on giving you ownership of commercial responsibilities as you look to take your next step in Content Production.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet client expectations through high-quality photography & videography outputs.
* Work directly with key stakeholders to develop visual strategy and approach on a dedicated client set.
* Convey client vision, brand, and messaging through photography & videography.
* Coordinate and be ultimately responsible for production deadlines alongside multiple stakeholders.
* Styling and direction on large-scale complex projects alongside Creative and Art Directors.
* Organisation and maintenance of studio space and equipment.
* Present the overall photography strategy and approach to clients.
* Creative review and feedback of photographic and videographic content developed by junior team members.
* Further clients' overall business goals and vision through photography & videography output.
* Collaboration across a broader Studio and Account Service team.
* Knowledge of Tag's full capabilities and offerings to explore opportunities.
* Ability to grow Junior Photographers in the team through mentorship and training.
* Ownership of full commercial model and budget control on complex projects.
* Ability to lead a team including resourcing, performance, and internal growth.
Technical Requirements
* Expert knowledge of studio and location lighting.
* Expert knowledge of the Adobe suite.
* High level understanding of technical equipment needs.
