Responsibilities
* Providing technical design and leadership on multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering concept designs, detailed designs, and assessments across civil infrastructure projects.
* Being proactive to deliver high-quality and timely technical outputs that meet client expectations.
* Champion innovation and digital solutions to enhance client value and project outcomes.
* Mentor junior engineers and empower both your and their careers.
Qualifications
* Civil Engineering Degree or appropriate equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
* Extensive experience within Defence Infrastructure in Australia and hold relevant clearances.
* Strong Leadership with excellent interpersonal skills.
