Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional phone support to brokers and customers, helping them with policy renewals, referrals, and general enquiries.
Build strong relationships with brokers and partners, becoming a trusted point of contact.
Use Zurich's digital platforms to simplify processes for our customers.
Manage your own queue of tasks, working independently while supported by the team.
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver great customer outcomes.
Share feedback and ideas to help continually improve products and services.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, recruitment, sales, or similar roles.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
Positive, proactive attitude and confidence to work independently in a high-pace environment.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Willingness to learn new systems and embrace digital technology.
Drive to make a difference for customers and genuine desire to grow your career.
