Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Installation Manager to lead our trades team in the installation of cabinetry, stone and glazing products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential kitchen cabinetry and installation, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Site Management: Oversee and facilitate timely, high-quality cabinet installations, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
* Team Leadership: Provide clear direction and guidance to the trades team, promoting a positive and safe working culture.
* Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns.
Requirements
* Experience: Strong experience in residential kitchen cabinetry and installation, preferably with a trade qualification and minimum 7 years' industry experience.
* Skillset: Excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook).
* Certifications: Trade qualified and certified in relevant areas.
